This is considered the advanced class for IGA-Ken Members. While beginners can join this class, the focus of this day is more on sparring techniques. Beginners are encouraged to primarily attend the Saturday Classes and use Thursday Classes as oppurtunities to refresh what they learned on Saturdays.
